A431 cells are treated with 0.66 µM TSA in DMSO (TSA-treated cells) or with DMSO only (untreated cells). Supplied as lyophilized powder.
In a Western blot, treated A431 cells show a positive signal when probed with anti-acetyl lysine antibody AAC02, untreated lysate does not show a signal (see datasheet)
