Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor (RhoGDI) is a regulatory protein that controls the cycling of Rho family GTPases between active and inactive states, maintaining them in the cytosol in their GDP-bound form. By modulating Rho GTPase signaling, RhoGDI plays a key role in cytoskeletal organization, cell motility, and intracellular trafficking.
The human Rho guanine nucleotide dissociation inhibitor protein (RhoGDI) is produced in a bacterial expression system.
Protein purity is assessed by scanning densitometry of Coomassie Blue-stained protein on a 4-20% polyacrylamide gel. Purity was determined to be ≥90% pure.
