Introduction
The Actin Filament Biochem Kit provides lyophilized G-actin and all buffers necessary to work with either G- or F-actin. F-actin can be formed by a simple procedure and the specifications of the length distribution of the F-actin population can be manipulated for your particular application.

The kit contains enough materials for 30-100 assays depending on assay volume. The following reagents are included:
