Step 3: Which format is suitable for my lab?  

There are two formats of Activation Assay, these are the traditional Western blot and then the new G-LISA 96-well format. The benefit of the Western format are familiarity of the technique and low set-up costs, whereas for G-LISA the benefits are improved accuracy, speed, dynamic range and quantitative result output.
