CenSpark650 is a highly specific live-cell probe for labeling centrioles and cilia in cells and tissues. Conjugation to the fluorogenic Silicon Rhodamine (SiR) dye produces a bright far-red signal with exceptionally low background fluorescence, enabling high-contrast imaging of these structures.
