• Fluorogenic, far-red stain for lysosomes in live cells

SiR-lysosome is based on the fluorophore silicon rhodamine (SiR) and the cathepsin D binding peptide pepstatin A. SiR-lysosome allows the labelling of lysosomes in live cells with high specificity and low background.
