Anti-Cdc42 antibody (ACD04) was raised against a peptide sequence of human Cdc42 (amino acids 150-182); it specifically recognizes Cdc42. ACD04 is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Sensitivity:

• Detects as little as 0.5 ng recombinant Cdc42
• In native samples, a ~23 kD Cdc42 band is clearly visible in 10 µg of platelet extract

Specificity:

• Across a panel of cell lysates analyzed via Western blotting, the only detectable band is at ~23 kDa, corresponding to Cdc42.
• A 100 ng of recombinant Rac1 (~21 kDa) is not recognized by this antibody in WB applications
