CA-TestKit combines 3 Halo-tag™ substrates SPY505-CA, SPY555-CA and SiR-CA, offering a broad flexibility for Halo-tag™ fusion protein labeling in live and fixed cells. CA is the substrate for HaloTag®, which forms a covalent bond upon reacting with it. This enables the permanent labeling of any POI that is expressed as a HaloTag® fusion, allowing stable fluorescent imaging of your POI in live or fixed cells.
