Halo Flipper is a fluorogenic probe that specifically labels any HaloTag®* containing protein of interest (POI) in live cells. It contains a ChloroAlkane (CA) HaloTag® ligand as well as a tethered Flipper-TR fluorophore. Halo Flipper senses changes in the organization of lipid bilayer membranes surrounding the HaloTag® POI.
