Anti-SUMO1 antibody (ASM01) was raised against full-length recombinant SUMO1 protein (Uniprot: P63165). It detects a broad profile of SUMO1 proteins in cell lysates. ASM01 is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Formulation

• Supplied as a lyophilized powder
• Buffer composition after reconstitution in 50% glycerol in water: 200 mM PIPES pH7.0, 5% sucrose, 1% dextran, 50% glycerol

Sensitivity:

• Detects 0.3 ng recombinant SUMO1 in WB

Specificity

• High selectivity: Detects 0.3 ng of recombinant SUMO1 and does not detect 1000 ng of SUMO2 or SUMO3 —demonstrating a ≥3000-fold specificity.
• In HAP1 cell lysates, detects a broad range of high molecular weight SUMO1-modified proteins, including SUMOylated RanGAP1 (~90 kDa); no signal is seen in SUMO1 knockout cells.
